I take on a small number of consulting and advisory engagements each year, areas where the work is interesting and the team is serious about shipping.

What I help with

How engagements work

Most engagements are time-bounded, typically a focused two to six week sprint with clear deliverables. I prefer fixed scope over open-ended retainers.

I'm happy to start with a paid discovery conversation if you're unsure whether the fit makes sense.

What I don't take on

· Pure staff-aug or long-term contracting
· Greenfield projects without a clear customer or problem
· "Add AI to our product because the board wants it" engagements
