Also iterating on this site itself, adding AI search across the archive, Today in Tech History, OG images per article. The site is the lab.

📚 Learning

Going deep on agentic AI in production, the gap between demos and reliable systems. Reading code from open agent frameworks. Watching what works and what does not at scale.

✍️ Writing

Publishing one article a month minimum, often more. Recent themes: enterprise AI adoption gaps, the cost economics of LLMs, RAG patterns that actually work in production.

🎯 Thinking About

The shift from impressive AI demos to AI features people actually use daily. Most teams underestimate the integration, trust, and organisational readiness work. The tech is rarely the bottleneck anymore.
